SupplyDirect
The SupplyDirect drop-ship service from Respironics Logistics Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Respironics, provides a convenient and easy-to-use tool for meeting your patients' OSA supply replacement needs. Orders entered on our Internet portal—or via other electronic means—are shipped directly from our warehouse to your patients for one economical flat fee. The portal also provides all the support documentation and tracking you need for medical billing and patient inquiries. Through this service, you have access to all commonly replaced OSA supplies for our products. You'll benefit from reduced inventory and related labor costs, improved cash flow, and increased time to focus on your patients.

Comfort Series and My Life Series 30-Day Satisfaction Promise Program
The goal of the Comfort Series and My Life Series of masks is to help you fit "100% of your patients, 100% of the time." The program takes our intent one step further-your patient will be satisfied with our mask or we'll replace it. If a patient discontinues use of a program-approved mask in favor of another mask during the first 30 days of use, we will replace the original mask at no charge.
