Flex promise
When we say that we are working as your Allies in Better Sleep and Breathing, we mean that we are committed to being with you every step of the way. The Philips Respironics' Flex Promise Program promises that if any patient is noncompliant on C-Flex or A-Flex technology, upon return of the unit with C-Flex or A-Flex technology, we will provide a 100% credit of the corresponding unit purchase price to the homecare provider to be applied toward the purchase of a Respironics bi-level OSA device with Bi-Flex. Some restrictions apply.
